The Everyday House adopts a proactive, intervention-based strategy to combat homelessness among veterans by reaching out to them directly and offering tailored assistance. We are committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each veteran, honoring their sacrifice by creating an environment of respect, support, and well-being. Through initiatives like Community Residential Care, HUD-VASH, Medical Foster Care for Veterans and Search and Rescue Outreach, we ensure that homeless veterans receive essential supplies, connect with vital support and resources, and make the transition from the streets to temporary or permanent housing. By combining stable housing with a range of outsourced 3rd party support services, we empower veterans to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence. Our gender-specific residences provide safe and comfortable accommodations separately for men and women.

Many seniors these days are elder, on fixed incomes, and in need of low-income and low-cost housing in a group home living environment. That is where we can assist. We have many properties that are specifically designed and managed for elders and seniors on fixed incomes.
Independent living at The Everyday House combines autonomy with convenience and community. It’s the ideal option for seniors who can live independently but would still prefer to be surrounded by a warm, welcoming network of fellow residents. We offer private or semi-private rooms in a residential home in a community, which allows us to continue our mission of providing affordable living arrangements. Unlike assisted living, independent living is fully autonomous, and it allows seniors to exercise control over how they live each day. Residents enjoy the privacy of their own rooms, with convenient access to laundry services, and other services that are outsourced to a 3rd party provider we have partnered with if they choose to utilize them. Our community places a high value on social connection and living life to the fullest, which means there’s always an event to attend and a neighbor who’s ready to chat. You’ll develop close relationships with new friends as you swap stories, share meals, and enjoy activities together.

What Happens in a Recovery House?
A recovery or sober house is a safe and welcoming place to continue your recovery. Receiving treatment is a giant leap toward reclaiming your health, but it is only the first step in a long, happy life free of addiction. A recovery house can help you continue on that journey.
Structured Environment
Transitioning to a recovery house also shows family members you are serious about your sobriety. As you adjust to a sober life, your loved ones can adapt to the new straight you. Our sober living homes offer a structured 12 step outpatient program in an environment that promotes accountability and responsibility. With house rules, curfews, and regular check-ins, we help you develop a routine that supports your recovery journey.
Supportive Community
Living with peers who share similar experiences can be incredibly beneficial. Our homes foster a sense of community, where residents support and encourage each other, creating a strong network of sober individuals. Having a strong network of like-minded peers can make all the difference when it comes time to leave the safety net of sober living and spread your wings again.
Comprehensive Resources
We provide access to a range of outsourced resources to support your recovery, including counseling services, job placement assistance, and life skills training. These resources are designed to help you build a solid foundation for independent living. If needed, residents can receive assistance with all stages of job searching as well as making arrangements for future housing. Sober-living homes also provide the resources to repair broken relationships with friends and family members.
